1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Anna One Tech website (annaonetech.site) and the CRM implementation services provided by Anna One Tech ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you are engaging our services on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
2. Services Description
Anna One Tech provides CRM implementation services, including but not limited to:
CRM consulting and platform recommendation
CRM setup, configuration, and customization
Data migration from existing systems to CRM platforms
Custom workflow and automation configuration
Third-party integration setup
Team training and ongoing support
The specific scope, timeline, and pricing for each project are defined in individual project proposals and agreements. These Terms apply in addition to any project-specific agreements.
3. Service Limitations
Please note the following important limitations:
We are an independent service provider. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially partnered with any CRM platform (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, Freshsales, Pipedrive, Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or any other) unless explicitly stated in writing.
CRM platform subscription fees are separate from our implementation fees. You are responsible for purchasing and maintaining your own CRM platform subscription directly from the platform provider.
We do not make any claims about specific business outcomes (such as revenue increases, lead conversion rates, or ROI) resulting from CRM implementation. Results depend on many factors including team adoption, data quality, market conditions, and business operations.
We are not responsible for changes, outages, or policy updates made by CRM platform providers that may affect your CRM setup after project completion.
4. Project Engagement Process
Our standard engagement process is as follows:
Step 1 — Discovery: You contact us via phone, email, or the website form. We schedule a free discovery call to understand your requirements.
Step 2 — Proposal: We send a detailed proposal with scope of work, timeline, and itemized pricing within 3–5 business days.
Step 3 — Agreement: Upon acceptance, both parties sign a project agreement outlining deliverables, milestones, and payment terms.
Step 4 — Implementation: We begin the implementation work as per the agreed timeline.
Step 5 — Delivery: We deliver the completed setup, provide training, and offer post-launch support as specified in the agreement.
5. Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified in individual project proposals. General terms include:
A deposit (typically 40–50% of the project fee) is required before work begins.
The remaining balance is due upon project completion and delivery.
For larger projects, milestone-based payments may be arranged.
All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.
Applicable taxes (GST) will be added to the quoted price.
6. Client Responsibilities
For successful project delivery, you agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information about your business processes and requirements
Provide timely access to your CRM platform, data, and relevant systems
Designate a point of contact who can make decisions and provide approvals
Respond to our queries and review requests within a reasonable timeframe
Ensure your team participates in training sessions
Delays caused by late responses, unavailable access, or changing requirements may affect the project timeline and may result in additional charges.
7. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, you own the CRM configuration, custom fields, workflows, and automation rules created specifically for your project. We retain the right to use general methodologies, templates, and processes developed through our work for other clients, provided no confidential information is shared.
8. Confidentiality
We treat all client business information, data, and project details as confidential. We will not share your information with third parties except as required to deliver the agreed services or as required by law. This obligation survives the termination of our engagement.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Anna One Tech's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the specific project in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or business interruption.
10. Cancellation and Refunds
If you cancel before work begins, the deposit is refundable minus a 10% administrative fee.
If you cancel after work has begun, you will be charged for work completed up to the cancellation date.
We reserve the right to cancel a project if payment terms are not met or if the client is unresponsive for more than 30 days.
11. Website Use
You agree not to use our website for any unlawful purpose, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or interfere with the website's functionality. The content on our website is for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional advice.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
